It’s official. Computaleta are the new Premier Sponsor of the New Zealand Sign Awards, Conference and Expo, to 2020. We have also continued to sponsor the Apprentice of the Year Awards.

The New Zealand Sign and Display Awards is the flagship event on the calendar of all things signage. A prestigious and national event that recognises and acknowledges outstanding design and craftsmanship across a broad range of signmaking methods and technologies.

Computaleta have been a long-time supporter of the New Zealand Sign and Display Association, with our founder, Noel Morrison, having served as a past president, and we’ve continued as an associate member for decades.

Arlette Farland, director at Computaleta, says the company has always been involved in some form or another, but that this is our most significant investment.

“The time for us is now. There’s a lot of change coming, as technology changes, and the association serves an important function to steer the industry through that change.

“We, as industry leaders, need to really show we support that and help ensure the industry stays relevant and professional, so that our value and the value of our customers is upheld.

“It’s also about recognising the amazing work that the industry produces, recognising those companies, and supporting the up and coming sign makers and apprentices that really are the future of our industry,” Arlette says.

The 2-year deal will see Computaleta Group as Premier Sponsor for the Sign Awards and Conference, hosted in Tauranga in 2019, and also the Sign Awards, Conference and NZ Sign Expo in Auckland in 2020.
